SHIPPING POLICY

When your Order is placed, we will contact you via email within two business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, we ship orders only in United State.

All Orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

If you made a mistake in the shipping address. Please make sure you write your order number in subject line and in the body of the email. Example Order#000000 - Wrong Address- issue

This will help use Identify the problem quicker.

Please confirm your shipping information as necessary to avoid extra costs. If your package is returned to us because you entered the wrong address, we will contact you to the email provided at checkout & we will reship your items, however you will have to pay for shipping again. If you entered the wrong address and your package was lost, you will have to claim it with the carrier involved.

Please note once the package is out of our hand with the carrier's care, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please be Aware some of the Products comes from Different countries and the shipping could take longer than expected.

CANCELATION POLICY

To cancel your purchase contact us via email during the first 2 hours of your purchase Please make sure you write your order number in subject line and in the body of the email. Example Order#000000 - Cancel Purchased. if you don't cancel between the time specified above, we will continue with your order.

In order for the Items to be to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items cannot be returned if :

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items or dirty.

  • the item cannot be returned if it was worn out.
